NOW OPEN AT PATRIOT PLACE
Restaurant showcases dishes and drinks from around the world
July 6, 2020 – Patriot Place announced today that Citizen Crust, a global street food restaurant offering dishes and drinks from around the world, will be open for indoor and outdoor dining beginning Monday, July 6.
Now open across from Bar Louie, Citizen Crust offers guests a choice from their 100-seat dining room, 50-seat bar and 24-seat patio on a 6,100-square-foot property. Featuring unique dishes from around the world, internationally-inspired cocktails and a variety of craft beers, Citizen Crust boasts a wide range of choices, ensuring there’s something for every guest to enjoy. Citizen Crust also features an Italian-inspired slice bar serving Roman-style pizza, bowls and salads and an adjacent walk-up window where guests can enjoy scoops of gelato. Citizen Crust will be open at 11:30 a.m. seven days a week.
The dine-in menu features a variety of delicious options, from street food like carne asada fries and Shanghai dumplings to sandwiches like the Huy Fong Nashville Chicken and the Cubano. Citizen Crust also features tacos and larger meals including pho, street noodles and schnitzel. The full menu is available here.
“Citizen Crust brings an international flavor to Patriot Place, featuring great options like our mouth-watering Bahn Mi Vietnamese pork sandwich, spit-roasted lamb souvlaki and spicy piri piri wings,” said Greg Galano, head chef at Citizen Crust. “From our Roman-style pizza to our tacos, we have something for everyone. We are proud to officially open and welcome guests to enjoy all of our global food and beverage options.”
The restaurant is now open for indoor and patio dining under reopening guidelines from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Guests taking advantage of outdoor dining will enjoy their meals from Citizen Crust’s expansive patio overlooking the heart of Patriot Place. Citizen Crust is managed and operated by Thomas Perruna, who also manages popular Patriot Place Italian eatery Tavolino.

Citizen Crust also features a large bar with windows overlooking Patriot Place, giving patrons a glimpse of the hustle and bustle of Patriot Place while they enjoy their meals and drinks from the comfort of their seats. Additionally, colorful murals by artist Sam Malpass decorate the interior, pulling the entire space together in an appealing and unique fashion.
