Weekly showcase featuring the various dining options we have here at Patriot Place

Citizen Crust Sign at Night

When Citizen Crust opened in July 2020, word of their authentic Roman-style pizza & global street food spread as fast as the pandemic they were born into. Featuring a wide range of unique dishes from around the world – such as the Argentina Steak, Shanghai Dumplings, Huy Fong Nashville Chicken and iconic Citizen Pie – an atmosphere that brings the outside in, and excellent and attentive service, the excitement at Citizen Crust is highly contagious. Citizen Crust offers guests a choice from their 100-seat dining room, 50-seat bar and 24-seat patio on a 6,100-square-foot property. The bar brings the outside in with open-air windows to the covered patio and overlooking the Dean College Stage at Patriot Place. The dining room is wrapped in colorful murals by local artist Sam Malpass pulling the entire space together in an appealing and unique fashion.

The inspiration behind Citizen Crust’s menu is truly global. Operator-manager Tom and Chef Greg visited top restaurants and street-level vendors in Italy, Las Vegas, New York and more to bring the worldly flavors to Foxborough. The Roman-style sheet pan pizza is true to its Roman heritage, right down to the scissors used to cut slices. Dough is fermented for 48 hours for improved digestion & airiness and are made with the utmost passion & care… every. single. day. Citizen Crust also boasts a wide range of internationally-inspired cocktails, and much closer to home, local craft beer from around New England ensuring there’s something for every guest to enjoy. Citizen Crust also features an Italian-inspired slice bar serving Roman-style pizza, bowls and salads and an adjacent walk-up window where guests can enjoy a gelato selection of over 15 flavors including pistachio, coffee chip, Belgian chocolate and more.
