December 30, 2020 – Patriot Place announced today that Achilito’s Taqueria, a family-owned restaurant featuring fresh Mexican dishes, is now open for indoor dining and carry-out.

Located in the North Marketplace adjacent to Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop and across from Tavolino, Achilito’s offers guests a taste of flavorful Mexican cuisine prepared with care. A family-owned and operated restaurant, Achilito’s features favorites like tacos, burritos and enchiladas, boasting a wide range of delicious fresh options for guests to enjoy. Achilito’s is open from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.

Achilito’s features a quick service counter where guests can choose from dozens of delicious meal options to enjoy from Achilto’s indoor seating, patio seating, or carry out to have on the go. The restaurant is now open for indoor and patio dining under reopening guidelines from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Achilito’s is owned and operated by Margaret Pimentel, a long-time Boston resident who is passionate about using real ingredients, from chiles to fresh tomatillos, to make fresh and wholesome meals for the whole family. The Patriot Place location is Achilito’s third, after opening its flagship restaurant in Jamaica Plain in 2018.

Achilito’s Taqueria was established in October 2018 in Jamaica Plains Forest Hills Area. The locals love the freshness of our ingredients, and our big bold flavors. All our salsas, including mild cilantro crema, salsa verde, smokey taquera, mole rojo, mango salsa, pineapple salsa, pickled jalapenos and spicy habanero salsa are made in-house. We offer grilled lime chicken, grilled ancho steak, al pastor pork, impossible ground beef, and wild shrimp and cod. We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free bowls and burritos.
