Parking lots open at 3:00 PM.
Gates open at 5:00 PM.

The Ticket Office is located in the Patriot Place Plaza, outside of the Ticketmaster gate at the north end of the stadium. The Gillette Stadium Ticket Office is open on event days only and will open at 9:00 AM.

For your safety and convenience, all tickets will be available via mobile ticketing only. Download the Gillette Stadium App. Tap the “Tickets” icon at the bottom of the screen. Tap the “View/Manage My Tickets” icon.

Bag Policy

Only one (1) pre-approved bag per guest will be allowed inside the stadium. Review the newly updated stadium Bag Policy for a complete list of acceptable and prohibited items.

Parking & ADA Information

Access to Gillette Stadium is via Route 1 only. Ticket holders who use local roads will experience delays in arrival time due to road closures that are not captured by traffic and navigation apps.

    - Parking will be free in all stadium-owned general lots located across from Gillette Stadium on Route 1.
    - Please note that a parking pass is not required for general parking.

- - Be Paid to Park – Delayed Exit Lot
    - Fans who choose to park in our 75-minute delayed exit lot will earn a $50 Visa gift card. Gift cards will be distributed to the driver of each vehicle when entering the lot. Fans will be eligible to receive a gift card each time they take advantage of the delayed exit option. Visa gift cards can be used anywhere Visa is accepted, including at Gillette Stadium.
    - Further information will be communicated closer to the start of the 2025 season.

ADA Information

Gillette Stadium provides two (2) dedicated ADA Elevators for guests needing additional accommodations and requiring elevator access: one on the west side of the stadium at the W1 entrance, and one on the east side of the stadium at the Ticketmaster Gate. MBTA

There will be MBTA service from BOS only.

The Boston special event train will depart from South Station with stops at Back Bay and Dedham Corporate Center before arriving at Foxboro Station.

Depart South Station: 5:00 PM
Depart Back Bay: 5:05 PM
Depart Dedham Corporate Center: 5:20 PM
Arrive at Foxboro Station: 6:00 PM

Note: The train will depart Foxboro Station 30 minutes after the game ends.

Roundtrip tickets are $20 each and will go on sale at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 14 exclusively via the mTicket app.

Please note: This is a special event train and ticket sales will be stopped once the maximum capacity is reached. Regular Commuter Rail tickets and passes are not valid for special event trains. For more information, visit www.mbta.com/destinations/gillette-stadium.

Anything that is prohibited at Gillette Stadium is also prohibited on trains, including large, non-clear bags that don’t comply with the stadium’s Clear Bag Policy. Alcohol is prohibited on the Commuter Rail.
