As more and more citizens are vaccinated against COVID-19, and we cautiously start to think about life slowly moving back into a “new normal”, many of us would benefit from wise advice as to how to navigate the transitions that are part of coming back from COVID. We’ve managed through the blurred boundaries between work, school and home life in new and unusual ways. Now, as we approach more change, Leslie Strachan, LICSW, will speak to the emotional impacts of COVID, particularly for those working from home, providing guidance around moving from working from home back to an office.

Objectives:

  • Managing our own behavioral health/anxiety
  • Reflecting on what you want out of work in this new normal
  • Reshape how you look at work

Expert speaker:

Leslie Strachan is Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Addiction Specialist and Certified Executive and Career Coach. She is also a certified Employee Assistance Professional with over 20 years of experience working in Employee Assistance Programs.
